Thank God the 50-day waiting period is over and we can finally blame this cluster on Obama. I was beginning to worry that beloved Commander Guy would have to wear this complete meltdown around his neck like a badge of shame forever.
And with the speed of the Internets today, we won't have to wait 60 years like we did with Hoover for the historical revisionists to call this the Obama recession and make the Decider out to be some kind of genius.
Hey, let's put Bush's face of Mount Rushmore! He's a freakin' economic hero!
Blanca -- Ah, I was wondering when we'd see a comment from you around here. I'm honored. Truly.
Bush was a bonehead. Having said that, what's fun is that this economic disaster will fall squarely on Obama's pompous head. Hey, this all started with Carter's fooling around in the housing market and was escalated with more housing market shenanigans and insane extensions of credit under both Clinton and Bush.
Obama will be left holding the bag. Is that fair? Who really gives a damn? It's politics.
It's only a coincidence that the market goes down every time he makes a speech.

This is proof that the government has no business being involved in the marketplace.
ReplyDeleteLet them try to build a few roads and run the post office, and leave the rest up to folks who actually know what they're doing.
